Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement a regional sales strategy to drive top-line revenue growth.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and support to improve their planning and sales process skills.
- Build and maintain key account relationships, working closely with customers to deepen commercial ties and identify new business opportunities.
- Conduct regular sales activity reviews, defining best practices and providing training and development opportunities for the sales team.
- Collaborate with Regional General Managers to determine addressable markets and build sales budgets, providing sales forecasting and market information to the rest of the business.
- Work closely with other Regional Sales Managers to evolve the business's sales structure, including technology and process improvements.
We are seeking a sales professional with experience in a successful and established sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the value of people and the importance of a structured sales process in maximizing team performance.
While building materials experience is an advantage, it is not essential. More important is the experience of exposure to a structured sales process and a proven leadership style.
