This role involves transforming warm leads into valuable appointments for our consultants and fostering key relationships with partner organizations. We're seeking a vibrant individual who is a true people person, possesses excellent communication skills, and is brimming with resourcefulness.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

As a Regional Outbound Sales Coordinator, you will:

- Collaborate with our consultant team to cultivate a robust pipeline of warm referral leads.
- Engage existing members to generate referrals using our dynamic referral tools and programs.
- Connect with warm leads, securing face-to-face/virtual appointments with our consultants.
- Nourish leads in the pipeline, ensuring they remain warm until ready to book an appointment.
- Conduct research to identify local tradeshows for FBC participation and represent the company at these events.
- Forge and nurture robust relationships with potential partners.
- Set and surpass sales targets.

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Education and Experience:

- Customer service/sales experience is a must (because we love working with people).
- Proficiency with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
- Post-secondary education would be a valuable asset.

Other Requirements:

- Willingness to travel within the designated territory.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
