  • Design QA strategies for automated and manual testing for complete functional and non-functional coverage.
  • Oversee test planning, design, execution, and reporting for both automated and manual testing efforts.
  • Develop and maintain automation frameworks, tools, and scripts to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Coordinate manual testing for edge cases and complex scenarios where automation is infeasible.
  • Manage and mentor QA engineers, promoting continuous improvement and innovation in testing practices.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements, identify test cases, and detect defects early.
  • Oversee setup and maintenance of test environments to ensure consistent and reliable testing outcomes.
  • Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies; stay updated on QA trends.
  • Track, report, and resolve defects; ensure timely fixes and retesting.
  • Provide detailed reports on test coverage, defects, and execution status; maintain thorough documentation.
  • Identify and mitigate software development risks through targeted testing strategies.



Requirements:


  • 5+ years of experience as a Quality Assurance Manager.
  • 1+ years of experience as a software developer preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience in quality assurance, with a strong focus on both automation and manual testing.
  • Hands-on experience with a variety of testing tools and technologies (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, Jenkins).
  • Solid understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
  • Proficiency in at least one programming or scripting language (e.g., Java, WebLogic, Dot NET).
  • Strong knowledge of test automation tools and frameworks.
  • Experience with manual testing techniques and tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a team of QA engineers.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple testing efforts simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
  • Ability to analyze complex systems and identify potential failure points.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to clearly articulate testing strategies, results, and recommendations to stakeholders.
