**Job Summary**:
Nor-West Firestopping company in BC, is seeking a dedicated Field Manager to join our team in the Lower Mainland. As a Field Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing field operations, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage and supervise field staff to ensure smooth project execution and timely completion.
- Coordinate with project managers to allocate resources effectively and meet project deadlines.
- Implement and enforce safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment.
- Monitor project progress, address any issues that arise, and provide solutions promptly.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work quality and adherence to company standards.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize operational processes and enhance overall performance.
- Scheduling manpower on job sites, train and disipline employees.
- Pick up and delivery of materials if needed.

**Qualifications**:

- 5-Years of field experience with Firestopping
- Construction knowledge including mechanical and electrical.
- Ability to read blueprints and other construction documents.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide field staff effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to interact with team members and clients professionally.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality results within specified timelines.
- Prior experience in a similar role within the construction or insulation industry is preferred.

Pay: $40.00-$45.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
