Responsibilities:
- Pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
- Executing all steps of the sales process: prospecting, closing, and continued growth.
- Provide a solution-based sales approach targeting customers with scale and high-value products.
- Collaborate internally to onboard customers successfully and maintain a high level of service after sales.
- Build competitor, market, and industry knowledge.
- Utilizing CRM and Tableau information to make data-driven decisions
- Identify and qualify new business prospects, targeting Tenaquip ideal customer profile.
- Generating leads via cold calls, emails, online research, networking, and referrals.
- Grow and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
- Travel to meet potential clients locally
- Attend industry events, and trade shows to represent Tenaquip and generate leads.
- Build an engaged/active pipeline that is updated regularly.
Qualifications:
- University degree or college diploma in the Business field preferred
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of industrial related outside sales experience
- Excellent relationship building and communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Excellent organizational skills
- Excellent time management skills
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
