Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving strategic initiatives to enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of sales acumen, strategic planning abilities, and excellent negotiation skills to foster growth and achieve business objectives.

Duties

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the customer base and increase market share.
  • Utilize CRM software, including Salesforce, to manage client interactions and track sales progress.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that align with business development goals.
  • Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure favorable terms for the company.
  • Manage projects from inception through execution while ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

Skills

  • Proficiency in Salesforce and other CRM software for effective customer relationship management.
  • Strong background in business development with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent strategic planning skills to identify growth opportunities within the market.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills that lead to successful outcomes in client agreements.
  • Solid project management abilities to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective client engagement.
