Sales and Business Development Manager

At WUXLY, we produce highly technical outerwear for all seasons. We are a proud, B-Corp certified company, and we are Made in Canada. Our in-house expertise in design, pattern making, and textile sourcing allows us to create highly technical and fashionable outerwear – and more. Our unique capabilities, combined with our network of local manufacturing partners allow us to offer white glove service solutions for various partners needing customized, technical garments.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales and Business Development Manager will lead the charge in expanding Wuxly's reach across retail, wholesale, and B2B channels. This role is instrumental in forging new partnerships, managing client relationships, and driving top-line growth. The ideal candidate is entrepreneurial, highly collaborative, and excited to be part of a growing, mission-driven team.

What You Will Get Up To

· Exemplify Wuxly's core values in all interactions and communications, both internally and externally

· Be the face of Wuxly across retail, wholesale, and B2B channels

· Forge powerful partnerships and unlock new revenue streams

· Craft and execute bold sales strategies that reflect our values

· Lead pitches, close deals, and manage key accounts with finesse

· Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Development, Operations, and Marketing to ensure seamless partner onboarding and satisfaction

· Additional responsibilities as the role and the candidate evolve

Skills and Qualifications We're Looking For

· Alignment with Wuxly's Core Values

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field

· 3–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management

· Demonstrated success in growing sales pipelines and closing high-value deals

· Tactical or defense industry experience? That's a major plus

· Proficient in ERP and CRM systems (Odoo preferred)

· Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills

· Strategic thinker with strong organizational and time management skills

· Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and high level of accountability
