Role Overview

We are seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Executive to lead the growth of our facial sign-in solution in North America and beyond. This role is ideal for a motivated professional with experience selling cybersecurity, SaaS, or identity solutions. You will be at the forefront of positioning Axiam's innovative authentication technology to enterprises, financial institutions, and other high-security industries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive new business by identifying, targeting, and closing enterprise accounts.
  • Articulate Axiam's value proposition: how facial sign-in eliminates the risks of stolen credentials and MFA bypass.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for key verticals (finance, healthcare, government, education, etc.).
  • Build trusted relationships with CISOs, CTOs, IT decision-makers, and security architects.
  • Lead product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concept engagements.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine positioning and messaging.
  • Achieve and exceed quarterly sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Provide market feedback to inform product development and roadmap.

Qualifications

  • 3–7 years of proven success in B2B sales, preferably in cybersecurity, SaaS, or identity/access management.
  • Strong understanding of authentication technologies, MFA, and enterprise security challenges.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
  • Experience selling to C-level executives and navigating complex sales cycles.
  • Self-motivated, with strong prospecting, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field (preferred).
