**Overview**

**Duties**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, including staff management and customer service excellence.
- Oversee food preparation and cooking processes to maintain high standards of quality and safety.
- Manage inventory, including ordering supplies and maintaining stock levels.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
- Utilize POS systems, for efficient cash handling and transaction processing.
- Conduct interviews and train new staff members on restaurant policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive work environment through effective team management and leadership.
- Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to develop menus that reflect current trends while meeting customer preferences.
- Monitor financial performance, including sales reports and labor costs, to ensure profitability.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking, and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with POS systems; experience with Micros POS is preferred.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on hospitality excellence.
- Knowledge of cash handling procedures and financial management within a restaurant setting.
- Experience in interviewing, training, and developing staff members is essential.
