SUMMARY*
**Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Administrative Receptionist is responsible for a wide variety of clerical office duties in support of company administration. Duties include greeting visitors, answering, and forwarding inbound telephone calls, and assisting multiple departments with administrative related tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail and multi-tasking skills along with customer-focus based skills.**

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES*
- Answer incoming calls as a back-up to main reception which includes screening and forwarding to appropriate people within organization
- Greet persons entering the building, determining purpose of visit, and directing appropriately
- Ensure visitors sign in and adhere to proper PPE requirements
- Refer all inquiries or complaints to the appropriate individuals, divisions, or departments across the organization
- Collect, prepare, and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and courier deliveries
- Assist the HR & Safety and Operations departments with administrative tasks, such as equipment tracking, data collection and reporting
- Perform other administrative support tasks as required

**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Business Administration Certificate or equivalent an asset
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Strong ethics & integrity
- Excellent oral and written comprehension
- High attention to detail and ability to follow direction
- Effective time management skills
