Outbound Sales Representative

**Overview**
**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce our products and services.
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential customers through effective communication.
- Utilize negotiation skills to close sales and achieve monthly targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns.
- Input and manage customer data using Salesforce to track interactions and sales progress.
- Provide technical assistance and product knowledge to clients as needed.
- Participate in business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities.
- Follow up on leads generated from various sources to maximize conversion rates.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales is preferred.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence others.
- Familiarity with technology sales and technical products is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer relationships.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
- Demonstrated ability in customer service with a focus on building long-term relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive approach to business development and achieving sales goals.
