Elite Marketing & Sales is seeking a motivated and results-oriented **Entry Level Sales Representative** to join our expanding team. In this key role, you will represent our brand, cultivate strong client relationships, and drive sales growth within your assigned territory. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through active promotion and sales of products/services within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular client visits to ensure satisfaction and provide ongoing support.
- Identify and pursue new business prospects.
- Prepare and deliver product presentations and sales pitches to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to close sales deals.
- Maintain in-depth product/service knowledge and stay updated on industry trends.
- Provide feedback and market insights to the sales team and management.
- Attend trade shows, events, and networking opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions using CRM software.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven sales experience
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- Valid driver’s license (or relevant transportation requirements).
- Availability for full-time work, Monday to Friday, based in our **Etobicoke** office.
