**Position Overview**:
Title: Sales Representative

Location: Field-based (Door-to-Door)

Schedule: Tuesday - Saturday

Compensation: Potential earnings of $10-15k per month, based on sales performance.

As part of our ongoing partnership with Telus, Sales Representatives at Shyft Sales not only gain access to a sought-after product lineup but also enjoy the prestige and support that come with selling for a leading telecommunications company. Representatives will have full access to Telus portals, badges, and sales resources, empowering them to make impactful sales.

**Digital Marketing Sales Opportunity**:
While the primary focus is on door-to-door sales of Telus products, representatives also have the chance to enhance their earnings by offering digital marketing services from Shyft Digitally to businesses. This added dimension allows for a diverse sales experience and the potential for significant commission-based income.

**-Experience and Skills**:
○ Proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, security systems, or a related field.

○ Strong ability to engage and persuade potential customers in a door-to-door setting.

○ Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messaging to various audiences. ○ Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales targets.

○ Resilience and the ability to handle rejection positively.

**Requirements**:
○ Must be willing and able to work in a field-based, door-to-door sales environment.

○ Availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday.

○ A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and representing both Shyft Sales and Telus with integrity

Pay: $33,100.00-$121,047.98 per year

Expected hours: 36 per week
