Inside Sales Representative

**Job Overview**
**compensation**
- $38,000 base plus commission. will achieve minimum $45,000 annually on OTE
- can easily make over $65,000 with commissions
**Duties**
- Conduct outbound calls and follow-up communications to potential clients.
- Identify customer needs and tailor solutions to meet those needs effectively.
- Utilize Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate product features and benefits clearly to prospective customers.
- Negotiate terms and close sales with clients while ensuring a positive experience.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand market trends and develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide technical support and product knowledge to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Maintain relationships with existing clients through regular check-ins and follow-ups.
**Skills**
- Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential for effective communication.
- Previous experience in inside sales or telemarketing is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM software is advantageous.
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify potential opportunities for growth.
- Excellent negotiation skills with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
