Outbound Sales Consultant

Automotive Start-Up is looking for a phone sales consultant. Outbound sales and general sales support duties as assigned.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct sales activities to generate leads and drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
- Deliver sales presentations and demonstrations to potential clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

**Skills**:

- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Strong inside sales experience, including telemarketing and cold calling
- Proven track record in achieving sales goals and targets
- Ability to understand technical aspects of products or services
- Familiarity with Salesforce or other CRM software
- Bilingual in Spanish is a plus
- Strong interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers and colleagues
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities
- Proactive approach to business development and lead generation

**Salary**: From $36,000.00 per year

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Retail sales: 1 year (preferred)
- sales: 1 year (preferred)

- Driving Licence (preferred)

Ability to Commute:

- Etobicoke, ON (required)

Ability to Relocate:

- Etobicoke, ON: Relocate before starting work (required)
