**Position Description**:
The Regional Sales Representative is an integral member of the team focused on the growth of Dymon Wine Cellar and Dymon Work Refined. The Sales Representative finds and approaches prospective clients to provide information on Dymon Wine Cellar, Dymon Work Refined and ancillary services for the purpose of meeting sales targets

**Key Responsibilities**:
Business Development
- To liaise directly with clients face-to-face and over the telephone for sales presentations on services to develop and expand current client base and prepare proposals that satisfy client needs.
- Build prospective customer pipeline and expands the Membership & Partnership Programs by working with a variety of sources including Store Associates and existing business partners.
- Responsible for delivering established sales targets and active territory management through inbound and outbound call management.
- Follow up on non-booked prospects regularly.
- Close sales by effectively managing the sales process and managing relationships via CRM tool.
- Follow up on partner-provided lead lists with a feedback mechanism to determine success of campaigns.
- Respond to requests and inquiries from clients effectively
- Proactively advise and introduce new solutions by selling Dymon as a solution to the guest & business needs.
- Develop and maintain ongoing list of targets for new accounts and recapture of lost accounts.
- Actively build and maintain a pipeline of ongoing leads and qualified opportunities to close new business.
- Develop and execute on a strong prospecting plan of attack, including calling guides, audience segmentation and approach.
- Prospect call preparation including company background research and other pertinent lead information
- Serve as brand ambassador with prospects interested in Dymon Work Refined and Dymon Wine Cellar
- Conduct client tours, provide service and costing information to prospective Dymon Work Refined and Dymon Wine Cellar clients
- Provide client prospect information to the General Manager DWR/DWC

**Primary Objectives**:

- Proudly represent, promote and protect the Dymon Storage brand.
- Contribute to the robust growth of the DWC & DWR divisions.
- Attract new clients and enhance relationships with existing clients.
- Meet/Exceed sales targets.

**Qualifications**:

- University or college degree in Business and/or Marketing, or a suitable combination of education and experience.
- 2 to 3 years of direct work experience in a sales or telephone sales capacity.
- Strong knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
- Solid experience in opportunity qualification, pre-call planning, call control and account development.
- Strong problem identification and objection resolution skills.
- Able to build and maintain lasting relationships with customers.
- Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent listening skills.
- Self-motivated, with high energy and an engaging level of enthusiasm.
- Ability to work individually and as part of a team.

**Physical Demands & Environment**:

- Valid driver’s license is required and requires long period driving requiring that all motor vehicle laws are obeyed.
