Restaurant Manager

**Job Summary**
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
- Manage staff, including hiring, training, and supervising team members.
- Implement and maintain food safety standards and proper food handling practices.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.
- Utilize POS systems (such as Micros POS) for cash handling and sales tracking.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve complaints to ensure satisfaction.
- Develop and implement training programs for new hires on food preparation, cooking techniques, and service protocols.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment.
- Foster a positive team culture through effective communication and leadership.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role within the food service industry.
- Strong knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and kitchen operations.
- Proficient in using POS systems with experience in cash handling procedures.
- Excellent supervisory skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in English is required.
Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
