**Job Overview**
Create a humble and welcoming environment for the guests leaving every guest delighted.
**Responsibilities**
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficiency and quality service.
- Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment.
- Supervise kitchen and front-of-house operations, including staff scheduling and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Create staff schedules in line with labour budget.
- Control liquor inventory and has wine knowledge.
- Daily Sales Report & Weekly Reports submitted on time.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Monitor financial performance, including budgeting and cost control measures.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
- Collaborate with chefs to create menu items that reflect current trends and customer preferences.
**Skills**
- Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles within the food service industry.
- Ability to handle a lot of pressure and stress.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
- Excellent team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively.
- WSET1 preferred but not required.
- Exceptional hospitality skills with a focus on customer service excellence.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Experience with inventory management and cost control in a restaurant setting.
- MUST HAVE RESTAURANT MANAGEMENT EXPERIENCE
