**Overview**
**Duties**
- Supervise daily restaurant operations, ensuring efficient service and adherence to quality standards.
- Manage and train staff in food preparation, cooking techniques, and customer service protocols.
- Payroll, scheduling, weekly reports and daily cash outs.
- Oversee inventory management, including ordering supplies and managing cash handling procedures.
- Implement food safety practices and ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Conduct interviews and hire new team members while fostering a positive work environment.
- Utilize POS systems, LightSpeed, INI POS & CodeFusion.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to maintain high standards of food presentation and taste.
- Monitor performance metrics to identify areas for improvement in service delivery.
**Skills**
- Strong background in restaurant administration.
- Proven experience in supervising teams within the restaurant or hospitality sector.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests.
- Familiarity with cash handling procedures and financial management in a restaurant setting.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in the food industry.
- Leadership qualities that inspire team management and foster collaboration among staff members.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.85-$19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
