Restaurant Manager

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
- Day to day restaurant operations leading a team of 30 - 35 team members
- Lead and motivate a culture of customer service excellence
- Inspire a fun, positive and team-oriented environment
- Provide on going employee management including scheduling, hiring, firing and coaching of team members
- Promote responsibility and accountability in maintaining a safe, clean and healthy work environment
- Uphold the expectations, standards and policies of the IHOP brand
- Perform hands-on tasks as needed in managing restaurant operations.
**SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE**:
- Exceptional relationship building skills with customers and team members
- Excellent leadership qualities including strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability
- Ability to think on your feet make decisions
- Restaurant experience preferred
**ORGANIZATION**
- Directly supervises all Server and Host team members
- Works closely with Kitchen Manager to oversee Kitchen Operations
- Reports to Regional Manager
Pay: $50,000.00-$56,000.00 per year
