Thunder Bay, Canada Superior Fire Alarm Full time

Superior Fire Alarm Sales & Service is looking for the services of a full time Office Administrator to work as part of their team in Thunder Bay. This position is temporary for a term of 15 months to provide coverage for an employee on maternity leave.

As both an office and field support person you will utilize your strong customer service, business and organizational skills in this role. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

- Generating reports & invoices
- Preparing quotes
- Coordinating subcontractors
- Scheduling multiple technicians for inspections
- Shipping and receiving
- Maintaining customer databases
- Other duties as required

Your administration and support background in a busy environment will be an asset. Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office Suite skills, including Excel, Word, typing, strong attention to detail and follow through, are a must in this diverse role.
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook and Word
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
- Post-secondary education will be considered a strong asset
- Knowledge of Fire Alarm or Construction industry considered a strong asset.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract

**Salary**: $21.78-$26.62 per hour
