Job Title: Administrative Operations Coordinator

At The Empire Realty Point, we are seeking a highly skilled and organized Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team. This role is responsible for providing administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

About the Role:

  • We offer a competitive salary of $55,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
  • This full-time position requires a minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and work under pressure.

About You:

  • You have a strong background in administration, with experience in supervising other workers, training staff, and maintaining office procedures.
  • You are proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, database software, and accounting software.
  • You possess technical terminology knowledge in business, including contracts, financial statements, and invoices.
