Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and organized individual to manage our office services, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations. As an Administrative Coordinator - Office Services, you will be responsible for overseeing administrative activities, coordinating office procedures, and providing exceptional support to our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficient implementation
  • Delegate work to office support staff, prioritizing tasks and deadlines
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed, maintaining high standards of quality and productivity
  • Administer policies and procedures related to record release under government legislation, ensuring compliance and confidentiality
  • Coordinate and plan office services, including accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Perform data entry and train staff on administrative procedures
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, resolving conflict situations as needed
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate required; relevant diploma or degree preferred
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in administrative roles, preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Able to work independently, with attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal, and time management skills
Work Environment

This is a full-time position requiring on-site work, with no remote work option available. The ideal candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple tasks and responsibilities while maintaining high levels of productivity and efficiency.

Compensation

The estimated salary for this role is $45,000 - $55,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. This figure may vary based on location and other factors.
