Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Coordinator to join our team at Patron Career Staffing.

Salary: $27.00 per hour

About the Job

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing new administrative procedures, reviewing and evaluating existing ones, and delegating tasks to office support staff as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and review administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to achieve optimal results
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Administer policies and procedures related to records release under government access to information legislation
  • Coordinate and plan office services such as accommodation, equipment, supplies, and security services
  • Assist in budget preparation and maintain inventory controls
  • Assemble data and prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Perform data entry and train staff as required
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including payroll administration and budget control
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Computer and technology knowledge, including proficiency in MS Office and Google Drive
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
