KPGS Transport is a leading logistics company that requires skilled administrative professionals to support our operations.
Job DescriptionWe are seeking an Administrative Officer who will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, establishing work priorities, and ensuring deadlines are met. The successful candidate will have excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask, and possess strong communication skills.
Key Responsibilities- Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure they align with company goals and policies.
- Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
- Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including coordinating office services such as accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
- Assist in preparing the operating budget and maintaining inventory and budgetary controls.
- Perform data entry tasks as required.
- Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including planning and controlling budget and expenditures.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Ability to train.
- Willingness to work on-site.
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary, which is estimated to be between $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience.
