Rapid Ground Xpress is seeking an experienced Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team.

Estimated Salary: $45,000 - $55,000 per annum

Job Description:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our operations team. This includes but is not limited to:

• Preparing and proofreading correspondence, forms, and other documents

• Supervising and training other workers to ensure efficient workflow

• Scheduling appointments and managing calendars

• Greeting clients and directing them to relevant contacts or service areas

• Determining and establishing office procedures and routines to maintain a productive work environment

• Answering phone calls, relay messages, and responding to electronic inquiries in a timely and professional manner

• Compiling data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions

• Maintaining accurate records and filing systems both manual and computerized

Additional Requirements:

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. They should also have a strong attention to detail and be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
