Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate office operations, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and ensuring that our office is well-organized and functional.
  • Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems and manage office documentation, ensuring that our records are secure and easily accessible.
  • Assist in preparing reports and presentations for management, using MS Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, with a strong focus on organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with our team and management.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
