About the Role

Used Clothing Exports is seeking an experienced Executive Administrative Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in supporting our daily operations and ensuring seamless communication among our staff.

Job Description
  • Administrative Support: Provide high-level administrative support to our management team, including preparing meeting minutes, scheduling appointments, and managing correspondence.
  • Budget Management: Plan and control budgets, track expenditures, and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Office Operations: Establish and maintain office procedures, manage contracts, and oversee payroll administration.
Responsibilities
  • Communication: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and maintain effective communication with clients and staff.
  • Data Management: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and perform data entry tasks.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange travel itineraries, make reservations, and ensure smooth trip execution.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. Additionally, we provide comprehensive health benefits, including dental, healthcare, and vision care plans, as well as group insurance benefits.
