About the Role:

As a key member of our support staff, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our lawyers and staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the flow of information and maintain accurate records
  • Open and distribute incoming mail and other materials
  • Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings
  • Maintain a well-organized filing system
  • Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
  • Review and proofread documents to ensure compliance with legal procedures and grammatical usage

Requirements:

  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
