Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional support to our team at Lemont Professional Real Estate Corporation. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for managing daily office operations, ensuring seamless communication, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate daily office activities, including mail distribution, inventory, and supply ordering.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, reports, and databases, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, ensuring smooth logistics and timely communication.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues.
  • Perform data entry, typing, and proofreading tasks with high accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct research and provide administrative support to senior management, as needed.
  • Maintain a safe and organized work environment, adhering to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Permanent employment with a minimum of 32 to 40 hours per week.
  • Fluency in English as the primary language of work.
