About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Product Manager to lead the development of our Care Provider Solutions, driving innovation and excellence in our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities to enhance the provider experience and efficiency.
  • Advocate for the needs of our Care team, ensuring their requirements are met and their goals are achieved.
  • Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and influence product strategy based on their feedback.
  • Work closely with engineering, design, and other product teams to deliver product features and enhancements.
  • Measure the impact of feature deliveries against user and business goals.
  • Translate complex technical concepts into clear, user-friendly language, facilitating communication between teams.
  • Determine and prioritize product development goals using a hypothesis-driven approach.
  • Lead and mentor a team of Product Managers, driving product excellence and innovation.

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of experience in product management, delivering compelling user experiences that meet user and business needs.
  • Experience delivering software solutions used by medical professionals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in product development methodologies, including experience leading Scrum teams.
  • Strong user-centric mindset and a passion for delivering great impact for users and business value.
  • Strong data-centric mindset, eager to analyze product outcomes.
  • Excellent leadership and influence skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and uncertainty.
  • Humble confidence and an open-minded, flexible approach to problem-solving.
