Lead Product Manager, Advertising Solutions

Your Contribution

As the Lead Product Manager for Advertising Solutions, you will have the chance to shape and enhance our advertising framework. You will work alongside various teams to launch features that cater to the requirements of our advertisers and support sales and operations teams. The ideal candidate for this position possesses a robust product management background, technical expertise, and a proactive approach.

Key Responsibilities
  • Formulate the vision and strategic roadmap for your product suite.
  • Ensure that the product roadmap aligns with stakeholder expectations and is executed punctually.
  • Effectively manage the team's backlog, including ongoing prioritization, refinement, and addressing dependencies with partner teams.
  • Oversee stakeholder expectations and align senior leadership with the vision and roadmap.
  • Evaluate success through KPIs, including revenue goals, operational efficiencies, feature adoption, and system stability.
  • Contribute to fostering a team culture characterized by speed, transparency, curiosity, and experimentation within the retail media product organization.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, ideally within the advertising technology sector.
  • A proven history of iterative development to deliver features, coupled with a willingness to engage hands-on with teams.
  • Experience navigating a complex organizational structure and influencing teams to achieve alignment.
  • Strong understanding of agile delivery practices.
  • Capability to work autonomously and navigate through uncertainty.
