We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Talent Acquisition Lead to join our team at Let's Get Moving Canada.

About the Role

This is a full-time position that reports directly to the Senior Management Team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources, with a proven track record of recruiting and hiring top talent. They will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top talent
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their needs and develop targeted recruitment plans
  • Source and engage with potential candidates through various channels, including social media, job boards, and employee referrals
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate fit and make recommendations to hiring managers
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers on best practices in recruitment and interviewing
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting and hiring top talent
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
