Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating administrative services, evaluating department operations, and managing staff. This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Co-ordinate administrative services, including financial management and human resources
  • Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
  • Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services, including staff supervision and budget management
  • Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
  • Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, providing recommendations for improvement
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Manage events, including planning, coordination, and execution
  • Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient use of resources
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of accounting software and electronic mail
