Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate administrative services, including financial management and human resources
- Evaluate the operations of a department providing administrative services, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes
- Manage the operations of a department providing several administrative services, including staff supervision and budget management
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties
- Prepare reports and briefs for management committees evaluating administrative services, providing recommendations for improvement
- Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Manage events, including planning, coordination, and execution
- Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring accurate records and efficient use of resources
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with staff, management, and external stakeholders
- Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Knowledge of accounting software and electronic mail
