Job Title: Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to join our team at Royal Canadian Legion Branch 98. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring that our administrative services are running smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Co-ordinate and manage administrative services, including human resources, finance, and operations.
  • Evaluate the performance of our administrative services and make recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage a team of 5-10 staff members, including accounting and related clerks.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare and present reports to management committees on the performance of our administrative services.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of financial statement audits.
  • Manage events and organize inventory.
Requirements:
  • College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Or equivalent experience.
  • MS Office, MS Excel, MS Word, and accounting software skills.
  • Criminal record check.
