**Responsibilities**:

- Follow the proper order picking and packing procedures
- Ensure orders are picked accurately and completely
- Maintain a predetermined order and picking output
- Follow the daily forklift preventative maintenance procedures, and ensure safe operation of Material Handling Equipment at all times
- Maintain a safe and clean warehouse
- Comply with all safety rules in accordance with the Ontario Health and Safety Act, and Noble policy
- Assist in other warehouse functions as required

Qualifications:
**You Must Have**:

- Excellent time-management, and organizational skills, with a proven ability to adhere to tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills to effectively build a positive relationship with team members
- Strive to continuously build knowledge and skills
- Health and safety conscious
- Ability to lift and carry boxes weighing up to fifty (50) pounds
- Ability to work overtime when required

**Nice to Have**:

- Previous experience in a Distribution Centre / Warehouse environment
- Plumbing & HVAC product knowledge
