Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced CRM Administrator to join our team. As a CRM Administrator, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our agents and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main point of contact for FreshDesk-related inquiries, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery
  • Maintenance and enhancement of applications to promote customer satisfaction
  • Resolution of issues and contribution to overall support strategy
  • Training and mentorship of new team members
  • Fostering adoption and consistent use of the application
  • Collaboration with internal groups and stakeholders
  • Analytics provision to necessary parties
Requirements
  • Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, empathy, and clear articulation
  • Embodiment of Bureau Veritas' values and culture of customer success
  • Effective verbal and written communication
  • Problem-solving skills, with ability to assess, identify problems, and find solutions quickly
  • Technical proficiency in FreshDesk, Excel, Google Sheets, browsers, workflow automation, email systems, etc.
  • Attention to detail and understanding of data
  • Analytical skills, including excel and reporting within FreshDesk, query building, etc.
  • Organizational and time management skills, prioritizing tasks and urgency
  • Patient and empathetic approach when dealing with users
  • Passion for the product and detective-like troubleshooting skills
  • Analytical and process-oriented approach
  • Care for quality over quantity
