Customer Relationship Growth Specialist

Pivotal Integrated HR Solutions is seeking a skilled Customer Relationship Growth Specialist to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to drive business growth and deliver results in a hybrid work environment.
As a trusted primary contact for approximately 200 retail accounts, you will be responsible for creating and presenting customized KPI reports, PowerPoint business reviews, and optimization analyses to support sales initiatives and drive revenue growth in your territory.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree or Diploma, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook) and experience in customer service, sales, supply chain, or account management. Bilingual skills in French and English are also required. Experience with SAP or JD Edwards is a plus.
We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience, and a comprehensive benefits package, including a hybrid work environment (3 days remote working/wk).
