Key Responsibilities:
- Cultivate Meaningful Relationships: Build trust and loyalty with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Drive Business Growth: Identify opportunities and work closely with the sales team to expand business and increase revenue.
- Deliver Insights: Create and present customized KPI reports, PowerPoint business reviews, and optimization analyses to inform business decisions.
- Ensure Availability: Monitor stock levels to meet client demands seamlessly and maintain a high level of service quality.
- Respond Swiftly: Address client requests with speed and professionalism, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with customers, carriers, and internal departments to exceed expectations and drive success.
- Support Sales Initiatives: Help boost revenue in your territory through proactive engagement and strategic partnerships.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
- Bilingual in French and English
- 3-5 years' experience in Customer Service, Sales, Supply Chain, or Account Management
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook)
- Experience with SAP or JD Edwards is a plus
- Strong multi-tasking and time management skills
