Customer Relationship Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for FreshDesk-related matters, ensuring timely and effective support for Agents, Collaborators, and other stakeholders.
- Maintain and enhance FreshDesk applications to promote customer satisfaction and improve internal and external processes.
- Resolve issues and develop strategies to improve support functionality.
- Provide training and mentorship to users.
- Ensure proper adoption and consistent use of FreshDesk applications.
- Foster collaboration with internal groups and stakeholders, including IT, National Team, Invoicing Team, RMO, Sales, and QA.
- Develop and provide analytics to relevant parties.
Requirements:
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to listen actively, empathize, and communicate clearly and composed under pressure.
- Embody the values and culture of customer success.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess, identify, and resolve problems quickly.
- Attention to detail and understanding of data.
- Analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and reporting within FreshDesk, as well as query building.
- Organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple requests effectively.
- Patience and empathy when dealing with upset or frustrated users.
- Passion for the product and a commitment to quality over quantity.
- Analytical and process-oriented approach.
