We are seeking a Senior Fleet Management Specialist to join our team at Element Fleet Management. As a key member of our customer success group, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth through strategic account management.

Job Description:

  • We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven professional to join our team as a Senior Fleet Management Specialist.
  • Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with our clients, providing them with tailored solutions to meet their fleet management needs.
  • You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute account strategies that drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • In addition, you will provide ongoing day-to-day account support, recommending cost-saving solutions and managing processes to optimize the productivity of our clients' fleets.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a deep understanding of fleet management principles and practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field required; equivalent relevant experience considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Fully bilingual in English and French (written and verbal).
  • 2-5 years of customer service or client account management experience, preferably in a B2B service environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office software applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
