About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant - Coordinator to join our team at 1839404 Ontario Limited. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate HR Activities: Oversee the coordination of HR department activities to ensure they align with the organization's goals and objectives.
  • Direct Daily Operations: Direct and control daily office operations, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Evaluate Daily Operations: Regularly evaluate daily operations to identify areas for improvement and implement changes as needed.
  • Supervise Other Workers: Supervise and support other workers in various areas of responsibility, providing guidance and training as required.
  • Establish Office Procedures: Determine and establish office procedures and routines to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Schedule Appointments: Schedule and confirm appointments, meetings, and other events as required.
  • Communicate with Stakeholders: Answer telephone calls, relay messages, and respond to electronic enquiries in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Compile Data and Statistics: Compile data, statistics, and other information as required to support business decisions.
  • Order Office Supplies: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure that the office is well-stocked and equipped.
  • Provide Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to other departments and teams as required, including data entry, bookkeeping, and other tasks.
  • Conduct Performance Reviews: Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to employees to support their growth and development.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
Working Conditions
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 30 hours per week.
