About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at Ontario Sky Jump. As an Office Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including filing, scanning, and shredding documents.
  • Travel Arrangements: Coordinate travel arrangements for our team, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
  • Event Planning: Assist with planning and coordinating events, including conferences, meetings, and training sessions.
  • Budgeting: Assist with preparing and managing budgets, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
  • Reporting: Prepare and submit reports, including weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports.
  • Communication: Develop and maintain effective communication with our team, including preparing and disseminating meeting minutes, agendas, and other documents.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Working Conditions
  • Work Environment: Fast-paced office environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.
