MILER XPRESS INC is seeking an experienced Office Administrative Assistant to join our team. As an Office Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our staff, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative support to our staff, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing correspondence.
    • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, and rental cars.
    • Manage our office supplies, including ordering and maintaining inventory.
  • Record Keeping
    • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
    • Ensure that all records are properly filed and stored.
  • Communication
    • Develop and maintain effective communication with our staff, clients, and vendors.
    • Ensure that all communication is professional and courteous.
  • Problem Solving
    • Identify and resolve administrative issues in a timely and efficient manner.
    • Provide solutions to administrative problems, including developing and implementing new procedures.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role.
  • Skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Working Conditions

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. They will be expected to work independently and as part of a team, and to maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times.
