Job Title: Office Administrator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at DM Logic Inc.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Implement new administrative procedures to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Review and evaluate existing procedures to ensure they are effective and up-to-date
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff to ensure timely completion of projects
  • Establish priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities, including budgeting and inventory management
  • Prepare reports, manuals, and correspondence as needed
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Schedule appointments and answer inquiries from clients and company personnel
  • Coordinate conference and meeting activities, including related details
Requirements:
  • 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Permanent position
  • English language proficiency
  • 40 hours per week
