We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Medicine Hat Janitorial.
Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support to our office, ensuring the smooth operation of daily tasks and activities. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.
Responsibilities:- Administrative Tasks:
- Manage office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and schedule appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations.
- Clerical Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Process payroll and benefits administration.
- Scheduling and Coordination:
- Organize and coordinate meetings, events, and conferences.
- Ensure seamless communication among team members and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
