Key Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities of the establishment, including assembling data and preparing periodic and special reports
  • Administer policies and procedures related to the release of records in processing requests under government access to information and privacy legislation
  • Oversee and co-ordinate office administrative procedures, including managing office supplies and equipment
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in an administrative role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
  • Reliability and a strong work ethic
