Job Description:

The Administrative Support Professional is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the office team at Phase One Construction Ltd. This role requires a highly organized individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage front desk operations, acting as the first point of contact for guests, employees, candidates, and vendors.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, including conference rooms, stock and storage rooms, and communal areas.
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, faxing, filing, and preparing meeting minutes and mailings.
  • Provide ad-hoc support to office and other staff members and departments as needed, including organizing events and meetings.
  • Oversee and order office supplies, anticipating requirements and ensuring equipment is in working order.
  • Maintain accurate records, databases, employee lists, and inventories.
Requirements and Skills:
  • A minimum of [£25,000 - £35,000] per annum based on experience, salary negotiable.
  • Proven experience in a back-office assistant or administrative role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
