About the Job
In this dynamic and fast-paced environment, you will be responsible for various administrative tasks, including maintaining office documents, preparing packages, and communicating with shipping companies. You will also assist in resolving administrative problems, reviewing sales financials, and maintaining contact with vendors.
Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files.
- Prepare and send packages, and communicate with shipping companies.
- Assist in resolving administrative issues and implement solutions.
- Review sales financials and inventory levels to ensure timely orders.
- Maintain contact with vendors and suppliers to ensure seamless operations.
- Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree or College diploma.
- At least 1 year of professional administrative experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software, including Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while meeting quality standards and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary of $32.00 per hour, with opportunities for growth and development within the company. You will also receive 35 hours of paid vacation time per year, plus additional benefits.
