As an Administrative Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Partner and Managers of the public company group. You will contribute to the smooth operation of our team by assisting with various administrative tasks and ensuring the success of our client engagements.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, format, proofread, and finalize letters and reports for partners and managers
  • Assist with billing activities, including preparing and sending invoices to clients
  • Compile information for routine and ad-hoc requests, and prepare monthly and weekly reports
  • Coordinate practice management and quality control initiatives
  • Support audit file archiving and maintenance
  • Arrange training sessions and maintain attendance logs
  • E-file tax returns
  • Provide support on various ad-hoc duties and assignments

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education
  • 1-3 years of administrative experience, preferably in a professional services setting
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload
  • Excellent time management and multitasking skills
  • Attention to detail and excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

We offer a competitive salary range of $52,000 to $60,000 per year, depending on skills and experience.
